TTU HOOPS: Born in Miami, how did you end up in Georgia?
TERRELL BARNES: I was 10 years old when my father was offered a better job in Georgia. I still have a lot of family in South Florida.
TTU HOOPS: How has the transition been from high school to college?
TERRELL BARNES: It was a little rough at first. The players are a lot stronger and faster. I have tried to just work as hard as I can and that has made it easier.
TTU HOOPS: What's your favorite part about Tennessee Tech?
TERRELL BARNES: I love my teammates. We have become really close on and off the court. We really are a band of brothers.
TTU HOOPS: Your brother Chris is a junior at the University of Georgia. Who wins 1 on 1?
TERRELL BARNES: Truth be told the series is tied 3-3, but if we settled the score right now I would drop step and dunk on him to reclaim the crown!!
