TTU HOOPS: Coming off four straight Final Fours in Georgia AAA, what made you decide to come to Tennessee Tech?
FRANK DAVIS: The people in and around the program made me feel part of the Tech family. Also, Tech has a great academic reputation and that was very important to me!
TTU HOOPS: What lessons learned in High School made the transition to college basketball easier?
FRANK DAVIS: If you do not do the right things, consequences will eventually catch up to you. Every action has a reaction.
TTU HOOPS: Which specific part of your game has improved the most at TTU?
FRANK DAVIS: Coming out of high school, I was known more for my shooting ability. Coach Sutton really focuses on defensive positioning and that has taken my game to another level.
TTU HOOPS: What are your expectations for this upcoming season?
FRANK DAVIS: We have worked extremely hard last off-season and carried that into this pre-season. Our team has goals of winning the OVC regular season as well as OVC conference tournament championships. Hopefully we can be the top defensive team in the league. I want teams to remember us as the toughest team they face.
TTU HOOPS: Tell the readers something interesting about yourself.
FRANK DAVIS: I recently have been bitten by the golf bug. I'm not quite ready yet, but watch out Tiger!
